Collection: Current Weekly Auction - Closing Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 11:30 pm Atlantic Time

Welcome to our weekly unreserved auction! This week we are pleased to bring you the continuation of a new world theme, in which we offer a 9-volume world collection primarily from the 1880's to 1971. For the next week we will focus on 1941-1971 issues for the G-N countries to Nigeria, plus a specialized selection of Niger Coat Protectorate from the 1890's. The Canadian material offered this week will be the issues from the 1917 50th Anniversary of Confederation issue through to the end of the 1930-1932 Arch issue, from the Brian Carr collection.

There are 515 lots this week. There is no lot 378.

Many of the issues offered over the next two weeks have been forged, sometimes extensively. Scott does not always note this. In all cases where we are aware of the existence of forgeries we have consulted the stamp forgeries website and other sources, including Reverend Earee's book to authenticate the stamps offered. In most of the descriptions we will describe the characteristics that identify the stamps as genuine. The website can be accessed here

If you are new to the auction please visit our FAQ page for a description of all the relevant terms and conditions. Please also note that all Canadian residents will be charged appropriate sales taxes based on where they reside.
