According to Facit 490,450 and 718,800 booklets were issued for the right hand driving issue, and 1.26 million booklets were issued for the postal horseman definitive, divided between three different cover types and two different cylinders. The cylinders are differentiated by measuring the distance between stamp impressions in the pane. The three different covers are differentiated according to how wide the printing on the cover is, from the left edge of the text on the back cover to the right edge of the printing on the front cover, and then by measuring the space between the right edge of the text on the back cover and the left edge of the printing on the front cover.
