The 2c has larger than normal perforation holes, and the 1c does not exist with inscription. The Clark paper printings are much scarcer than Rolland or Abitibi paper, due to the very limited period of usage; Jan/Feb 1984 & August 1985 until 1986 when Rolland paper was introduced.
