A VFNH Booklet of 10 of the 70 ore multicoloured from the 1969 Europa Issue. Centrally placed registration line in tab, fluorescent cover. The cover fluorescence of this issue appears to vary from low fluorescent (LF) to medium fluorescent (MF). In this lot the pane appears to be untagged, but appears HB under UV. The booklet exists with both centrally placed registration markings in the tab, as well as bisected markings at the sides. According to Facit 403,500 booklets were issued, divided between the two different orientations of registration markings.
