6 VFNH booklet of 10 (2x3+4) from the 1967 Iron Age Issue. English & Swedish covers with different fluorescence. The Scott and Facit numbers range from 730a (Facit #HA17A1) to 730a (Facit #HA17B1), and include 730a (Facit #HA17A2a, A1, B1). The fluorescence of the covers varies from non fluorescent (NF) to dull fluorescent (DF) to low fluorescent (LF), to low fluorescent flecked with HB flecks (LF-fl) to fluorescent (F), then to medium fluorescent (MF), then medium fluorescent flecked with HB flecks (MF-fl) then high fluorescent (HF). In addition, there is also a cover stock that incorporates brown inclusions that at first resemble toning spots, but which are actual pulp inclusuions that appear dark under UV. On one of these booklets the inclusions appear on the outside of the cover, but not the inside (HF-DF). In this lot the panes have very strong, solid yellow tagging. The booklet covers show either a dot pattern in the cover stock, or inscribed lines and a dot pattern . The dot pattern on the covers are little divots that run the length of the cover. I've seen these exact same divots on examples of the integral Centennial Issue booklets of Canada, most notably BK69, but others as well. The two booklets with English covers have the inscribed lines and dot pattern covers. One of these is LF-fl and the other is MF-fl, with dull spots on the back. Two of the Swedish booklets haven the same inscribed line and dot pattern. One of these is MF-fl and the other is LF-fl. The last two Swedish booklets have just the dot patterned cover. One of these is NF and the other is HF with dull spots (HF-DF). 2014 Facit Cat Kr. 102. Our estimate of the value based on the condition is $15.
