Lot 257 Nigeria #15b, 16b, 17, 1/2d Green, 1d Rose Red & 1.5d Orange 1921-1932 King George V Imperium Keyplate Issue, Usage On Covers to USA & UK

Three covers sent at the 3d rate to the US and UK. Two are franked with two 1.5d orange stamps and one cover is a two colour franking with two die 2 1/2d greens and a pair of die 2 1d rose reds. The cancels on this cover are not really legible, but on the others the stamps are tied by Proud type D4 Kaduna North and type D8 Port Harcourt cancels. There are no backstamps on any of the covers.

Fine condition overall. The value of the cancels in Proud is 12 GBP. The destination for the covers is of no premium value, but the basic covers would be $6. The stamp value on cover is $6. So, my estimate of the value of these is $24.
