A very fine used envelope of the 1c green from the 1894-1898 Plimpton-Morgan Issue, wrapper with rare wmk 13, still sealed & intact, cancelled with New York #3 oval parcel cancel, sent to Philadelphia PA.
This is extraordinarily rare, as most of this watermark appeard on the next issue.
Scott doesn't list this variety, so we estimate it at $1200, based on our online research. The envelope offered here grades VF.
