5 good-very fine used singles of the 3c deep orange vermillion & orange vermillion Queen Victoria from the 1888-1897 Small Queen Issue, mid to late second Ottawa printings, all showing medallion pos. dots at 3, 6 & 9 o'clock.

These show that medallion dots were used throughout the second Ottawa period, yet very few stamps show the dot clearly. Two are dated 1895, one 1896 and 2 1897. One 1897 date has a diagonal crease. Various transluscent papers. See if you can sort them using my table.

Unitrade doesn't list these varieties, so we estimate them at $10. The stamps offered here grade between 45 and 75 as follows:
