An ungraded single of the 3d blue Flower Heraldry from the 1851-1857 Pence Issue, xf appearance but expertly repaired.
Expertly repaired by rebacking and then painting in the fine details along the framelines under a loupe. You can just make out a seam along 'Nova'. The repainting is most prominent in the 3 to the right of Scotia and underneath postage. A Masterwork in philatelic restoration.
