A VFOG single of the 5c black on light blue Papal Arms from the 1867 Arms Issue, imperforate glazed paper, scarce genuine mint og example, full horizontal dividing lines that are not interrupted where they meet the vertical dividing lines.
This is the critical characteristic that distinguishes the originals from the reprints. The reprints all show the horizontal lines broken where they meet the vertical ones. Two very tiny abrasion spots as is common for these.
Scott Classic values this at $190. The stamp offered here grades 79 as follows:
Centering/Margins: 64/80
Paper Freshness: 5/5
Colour: 5/5
Impression: 5/5
Absence of Visible Paper Flaws: 0/5
