20 fine/very fine used singles of the 2c - 1r black & carmine - blue violet & chocolate King George VI from the 1938-1949 KGVI Pictorial Issue, various perfs & small town cancels.

The town cancels include Manipang, Natton, Madulgia, Passar, Maggona, Kondavil, Nakulugamura, Dehiowita, Colombo Court, Domme, Dangla Gemuha Raketiya, Aonuradhapu, Kuliyapulita, Wellawa, Raiyagala, Columbo and 2 others I couldn't quite make out. All the 15c stamps have sideways wmk while all 1r & 25c stamps have upright wmk. Cat value of the basic stamps is 13.75, but msot of these cancels sell for $2-5 each.

Gibbons values these at £13.75, so we estimate them at $50. The stamps offered here grade between 70 and 84 as follows:
