2 very good/fine used singles of the 3c vermillion & dull vermillion Queen Victoria from the 1870-1893 Small Queen Issue, mid to late second ottawa printings, paper 2O-F, medallion dot at 3 o'clock, perfs 11.9x12 & 11.9x12.1.

The medallion dots are just at the edge of themedallion, or inside it. Good reference examples that demonstrate that at least some of the plates during this time had position dots.
