A FOG single of the 3c dull red Queen Victoria from the 1870-1893 Small Queen Issue, mid Montreal printing, paper MM-r, perf 11.75x12, 2/3 of the gum is present & nh, some gum missing near bottom of the stamp.
From examining the edges of the gum it appears that the stamp was naturally short gummed. There is some oxidation of the color.
