Lot 438 Canada SC#41var 3c Pale Dull Orange Vermillion & Deep Reddish Orang, 2 Good & Very Fine Used Singles, Early & Mid Second Ottawa Printings, Papers LM-H & 2O-N, Perfs 11.9x12.1 & 12, Pre-Print Paper Creases

2 good & very fine used singles of the 3c pale dull orange vermillion & deep reddish orange Queen Victoria from the 1870-1893 Small Queen Issue, early & mid second ottawa printings, papers LM-H & 2O-N, perfs 11.9x12.1 & 12, pre-print paper creases.

The early printing has a medallion dot at 3 O'clock and unfortunately a very heavy cancel and two corner creases at LL (-10 pts), but it has a very deep vertical pre-print crease that can be carefully opened out. The mid printing is nicely centered and has a more superficial horisontal wrinkle.

Absence of Visible Paper Flaws: 5/5
