An ungraded single of the 1c yellow from the 1870-1893 Small Queen Issue, Montreal printing, perf 12, vertical wove paper, showing a dramatic short print.

The short print shows the entire lower left corner of the design failed to print. Badly damaged perfs & thinned at UL, but this is the first such thing we have seen like this on a Small Queen.
