A VF used single of the 1c bright yellow Queen Victoria from the 1870-1897 Small Queen Issue early second Ottawa printing, medium porous horizontal mesh paper (2o-e), showing multiple dots in "c" of "cent", perf. 12 x 12.1, lovely centering. Flaws like this are much less common on these stamps that you would expect. The dozen or so lots offered in this sale with printing flaws came from several hundred used 1c stamps that I went through thoroughly.
