A VG used single of the 1c yellow Queen Victoria from the 1870-1897 Small Queen Issue late Montreal printing, showing burr on scroll at lower left, the only "burr" i have found on this value, stout horizontal non-porous wove with coarse mesh (lm-a). Perf. 12.1 x 12. Light vertical bend, but extremely scarce. Unitrade lists burr varieties on the registration stamps at over $100 per stamp.
