Lot 331 Canada SC#J15, J15b 1c Deep Rose Lilac, Deep Violet, Violet & Reddish Violet 11 VFNH & VFCTO Singles On A Variety of DF Papers, Varying In Fluorescence From 1-2, Unchecked As To Exact Perfs, All Different From The Stamps in Other Lots

11 VFNH & VFCTO singles of the 1c deep rose lilac, deep violet, violet & reddish violet Numeral from the 1935-1967 Fourth Postage Due Issue on a variety of df papers, varying in fluorescence from 1-2, unchecked as to exact perfs, all different from the stamps in other lots. In making up these lots, I put each paper type, gum type and shade in one lot only, for a particular grade, so that if the lot consists of VFNH stamps, the stamps contained within the lot will not duplicate any of the VFNH stamps in any other lot, but some might duplicate stamps of other grades contained in some of the lots. The stamps in this lot are all on variations of dull fluorescent paper. I haven't had time to use my paper table on the website to check all of the papers on all the stamps, but I can tell you that most of the varieties here should be covered by the varieties described in the table. I can tell you that the varieties in this lot are completely different from those in any other VFNH lot, but there may be some overlap with the hinged lots or the fine centered lots. If you look at my description for lot 367, it will give you some idea of how detailed my descriptions can get, and also what applying the paper table meticulously to the stamps in a lot results in.

Unitrade values this at $13.8. The stamps offered here grade 75-84 as follows:

Centering/Margins: 45/70, 50/70, 54/70

Paper Freshness: 5/5

Colour: 5/5

Impression: 5/5

Absence of Visible Paper Flaws: 5/5

Perforations: 10/10

The lot is entirely unchecked as to exact perforations, but they will vary from 11.85 to 12.2 on both sides if measured with an instanta gauge.
