A very good used single of the 1c yellow Queen Victoria from the 1870-1893 Small Queen Issue, mid second Ottawa printing, 2O-O paper, unusual plate dot at lower right.

These printings are not supposed to have any plate dots at all. This is the only vertical wove paper I have seen from this period. Perfs clipped at LR, but an interesting anomaly.
