A very good used single of the 4c blue & red from the 1959 St Lawrence Seaway Issue, fantasy invert, made by pasting the center of one stamp onto an inverted second stamp.
If you look closely under a loupe you can see the seam. Small crease at the top where the 'C' of Lawrence is an interesting fantasy.
