A fresh and fine example of the 25¢ booklet from the 1942-1949 War Issue, containing two panes of four plus 2 labels of the 3c carmine-red and with the type II covers with 57 mm text. Harris front cover type IIe and back cover A. 6c rate page. The panes are printed on CBN-AAAAA paper and gum. The booklet also has the 17 mm staple. The front cover shows the constant accent over "eight" variety.  The contents have the following characteristics:
