A fresh and very fine example of the 25¢ booklet from the 1942-1949 War Issue, containing two panes of four plus 2 labels of the 3c carmine-red and with the type II covers with 57 mm text. Harris front cover type IIe and back cover A. 6c rate page. The panes are printed on CBN-AAAAA paper and gum. The booklet also has the 17 mm staple. The front cover shows the very likely constant cracked "A" in "Canada" variety. The contents have the following characteristics:
