A fine used single of the 3m dark red Arms from the 1920 Arms Official Issue, crisp March 31 1920 CDS cancel.

Identical to one April 20, 1920 Bamberg CDS cancel currently for sale on E-Bay that the seller says has been guaranteed by the BPP. Most likely, this whole set (Lots #193-193E) came from a philatelic cover. I did think initially that they were CTO's, but based on my online research, I think they may be genuine.

Scott values this at $100, so we estimate it at $50. The stamp offered here grades 70 as follows:
