A fine used single of the 2c - 1c deep brown Queen Victoria from the 1862-1863 Keyplate Issue, unwatermarked, clear to moderate strike of a b61 Atlantic mail boat cancellation instead of the normal b62 that is usuall found on Hong Kong.
