Rosewater was a low traffic suburb next to port adelaide. It is scarce on tis issue and would normally have a value of $300 for VF, due to the scarcity of the cancel and the fact for these issues inverted watermarks are scarce. This example does have a small but visible tear at the left frameline to the 'A' of Australia.
