A very good used single of the 3c deep rose carmine Queen Victoria from the 1888-1897 Small Queen Issue, Montreal gazette printing, showing medallion dot at 3 o'clock & a dot in the upper margin, paper MG-j, perf 12.25x12.25.

The dot in the upper margin above P of psotage is unusual, should not exist on this printing. VF appearance but vertical crease and very shallow thin. Still an interesting example because the medallion dots are very rarely visible, and the dot in the top margin is the first we have seen.
