The frame plate flaws include; 1) spurs on 5 of 1935, 2) two dots inside s of postage, 3) cluster of dots belwo value tablet, 4) two small arcs in top margin just to left of 1910, 5) hariline of shadow letter s joins right inner frames and 6) large smudges below V & UE of revenue & above V.
