The 17c postage is a result of the 10c special delivery and 7c airmail. The first cover is franked with new 7c airmail stamp plus a 10c special delivery, while the second cover is franked with 2x4c carmine, a 2c mufti booklet single and 7c airmail stamp. The stamps on this cover are somewhat affected by rough opening, but otherwise the cover is fine. The other cover is VF.
