2 very fine Covers of the 4c carmine from the 1942-1943 KGVI War Issue, twice redirected bank of Nova Scotia, one to us & one domestic, both showing initial redirection instructions, crossed out when those attempts failed.
After the crossed out instructions stamped with redirection instructions to return to Sarnia. One was noted 'Try Oakwood Corners' where delivery failed, and the cover was returned to Sarnia, where it was redirected to Petiolia. The second cover was first to Niagara Falls, where it was not claimed and it was returned, where someone redirected it to Tonawanda, NY.
