The flat plate printings of these engine-turned rosette definitives are both narrower and shorter than the rotary press printings. All of the serrate roulette stamps are flat plate printings, and there are a few of the perforated stamps that only exist with one type of printing. Most, however can be found both flat plate and rotary press printed.
