A VFNH complete booklet of the 1c, 6c, 8c orange - Royal blue John A. Macdonald - Queen Elizabeth II from the 1973-1978 Caricature Issue fluorescent cover, NF pane, clear-sealer, misperf: horizontal perfs shifted 2 mm downward. The self sealer, which is the more common sealer on these booklets is a brownish yellow sealer that was applied in a 1/2 cm wide band. The clear sealer, which can tone brown is usually just a thin bead of sealer, which often comes off when the booklet is opened. The most common covers on these booklets are NF and DF covers. All of the fluorescent covers are scarce and warrant segnificant premiums over the basic Unitrade prices.
