Macdonald - Queen Elizabeth II from the 1973-1978 Caricature Issue DF cover, DF & LF panes, clear sealer, scarcer than self-sealer. The self sealer, which is the more common sealer on these booklets is a brownish yellow sealer that was applied in a 1/2 cm wide band. The clear sealer, which can tone brown is usually just a thin bead of sealer, which often comes off when the booklet is opened.
