A complete 25c bilingual booklet from the 1962-1967 Cameo Issue, with 1c brown & 4c carmine, 2 panes of 5+labels, type II cover, 1c DF & 4c LF-fl panes. Unitrade doesn't list this variety, so we're estimating it at $25.

The quantity of BK53 issued is unknown according to McCann. It was issued with 12mm staple size only. There were three types of the trapezoidal design covers. The differences lie in what appears in the text on the inside cover. Type 1 is rubber stamped "Local Letters 4c". Type II has the actual local 4c first ounce rate incorporated into the text and type 3 is the same but also includes the slogan "Give stamps to shut ins". Within these two main types, two types of paper: DF and LF-fl. Any fluorescent pane is scarce.
