A VFNH single of the 5c dull blue Wheat & Oil from the 1955 Alberta & Saskatchewan with normal ultramarine shade for comparison.

The dull blue shade is very scarce and only occurs in a very small number of prints. I found only 6 or so in several hundred stamps.
