2 VFNH se-tenant blocks of 4 of the 34c multicoloured Pelee Passage - Haut-fond Prince from the 1985 Canadian Lighthouses Issue MF-fl Rolland paper, pink dot under postes, tertiary & possibly constant. This is the third issue to appear on the new Rolland paper. The fluorescence levels on this paper vary very widely, with different readings on front and back being found. This paper is only used on three issues in 1985, but becomes more prevalent in 1986, and is the default paper used in 1987's issues. By then, we see the full range of fluorescent reactions on the various issues that utilize it.
