Collection: Current Weekly Auction - Closing Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 11:30 pm Atlantic Time
Welcome to our weekly unreserved auction! This week we complete the fish and marine life theme, and start the butterflies and insects theme.
Canada this week will be the best in-depth offering ever of the 1982-1983 commemorative issues, plus the definitives from 1954-1962. For the 1982-1983 issues, as I did last week, I examined every stamp we had with a loupe, and just like before, I have found many constant unlisted varieties, as well as several others that I am confident will turn out to be at least tertiary. I didn't complete the blog posts last week, but hope to publish them this week. One will deal with the collection and study of constant varieties and the other about collecting modern Canada.
There are 414 lots this week.
If you are new to the auction, please visit our FAQ page for a description of all the relevant terms and conditions. Please also note that all Canadian residents will be charged appropriate sales taxes based on where they reside.
