Two complete VFNH se-tenant strips of the 1980 Third South Pacific Arts Festival Issue, each printed on a slightly different paper under UV light. One paper is dull fluorescent on both sides with no fluorescent fibres visible in the paper and the other has fluorescent fibres visible on the back. 2008 Scott #516, cat $2.50 USD = $2.75 CDN as basic strips.
