A very fine registered cover, sent within Toronto, on June 16, 1930, and framked with a well centered 12c Green Laurier and Macdonald from the 1927 Historical Issue, paying the 10c registration fee, plus 2c postage. Backstamped with two different Toronto CDS's. A nice example of a single usage of this stamp, which is a trifle late for the issue, but not overly so. By 1930, most registered covers would have used the 12c Quebec Citadel stamp and the earlier covers would have used the Quebec Bridge stamp. Est. $25.
