A very fine used example of the 1c blue Queen Victoria stamp from the 1864-1868 First Bill Issue, showing frame breaks at the lower right of the design.. Not listed in Van Dam as anything other than the basic stamp. Printed on thin vertical wove paper, and perf. 12.5 x 13.1. Van Dam values a fine used stamp at$15. The stamp offered here grades 78 as follows:
