A well centered and very fine NH example of the Tangier overprint on the 10/- ultramarine Edinburgh Castle stamp, from the 1955-1958 Wilding Issue. This is a pre-February-1957 Waterlow printing. The Waterlow printings from before February 1957 are found on a paper that is a deeper shade of cream than those after February 1957, which are a lighter cream and are closer to white. Gibbons values this at £16. This translates to approximately $32. The stamps offered here grade 80.
