A VFNH UR block of 4 of the 8c multicolored Bishop Laval from the 1973 Bishop Laval Issue with vertical perf misalignment on HF/HF paper, unlisted in unitrade.
The misalignment is caused by a second strike of the comb perforator not lining up with the first. In this case the top two stamps are perforated by one comb strike, and then the rest of the sheet these came from was perforated by the second comb strike. The first variety of this type i have seen on this issue.
