A fine OG single of the 1c on 3c gray lilac Queen Victoria from the 1897 Surcharge Issue, type C surcharge with a gum crease. This is another very rare stamp that is missing from most collections, and the centering is usually very poor, with this one being much better centered than most. Without the gum crease this would be a VF example.
