Lot 92 Latvia #2N23/2N57 and Lithuania #2N9/2N16 F-VF Mint OG and Used CTO Partial Sets Issued Under Russian Occupation in 1940 and 1919

Nearly complete mint OG and CTO used sets of the 1940 sets issued under Russian Occupation in Latvia and Lithuania. The Lithuania set is missing #2N12-2N14, while the Latvian set is missing the 5s through 5L. Also includes the 1919 overprints on the 10k and 25k Russian stamps. 2008 Scott cat. $12.45.
