A fine local cover sent from an indeterminate location within the island to Neil Campbell in Point Prim, Belfast. I couldn't find out much about Campbell, except that he was granted 100 acres of land by the goverment in 1806 when he settled on the island. A small portion of the back removed from opening, but still fine. Nice strike of large circular P6 PEI backstamp dated October 11, 1867.The stamp is tied by a 10 line oval grid (P134) cancel.
