VFNH booklet panes of 6 of the 2012-2013 Mental Health Semi-Postal issues, printed on LF TRC paper. These panes come from the bottom half of the issued booklets, and have the printer's inscription at the top. The quantity of these booklets issued was only between 300,000 and 375,000. It is furthermore unclear the extent, if any, to which the fluorescence of the TRC paper used to print the panes varies.
