Proud type D2 Naraguta CDS, dated May 16, 1913 (30 GBP on cover in Proud), June 9, 1913 black oval Plymouth UK transit backstamps and June 19 & 20 New York arrival backstamps. Gibbons prescribes a multiplier of 6x for Queen Victoria issues used on cover, and 5x for Edward VIIand King George V issues. This is the starting point in valuing these covers.
