A very fine used coil pair of the deep blue green shade, perforated 8 vertically. Cancelled with a November 4, 1912 Halifax CDS cancel. Both stamps have the very lightly retouched vertical frameline. This is very, very similar to the normal frame, except that it shows just the slightest hint of retouching at cetain points along the frameline. 2023 Unitrade catalog value is $9.
