Lot 61 Canada #104as, 105as, 107 E 1c Green- 2 Cent Green King George V, 1911-1928 Admiral Issue, Two Postcards And One Cover Franked With Sheet And Booklet Singles

Two postcards and one cover that have been franked with booklet singles and sheet stamps. Begins with a postcard depicting Saskatchewan University in Saskatoon, sent in August 1916 to Nebraska. This card was franked with two booklet singles of the one cent green with the more common dimensions of 17.75 mm wide and 21 mm high. Then we have a Christmas postcard since in December 1926 that is franked with a 1c lemon yellow booklet single. Finally we have a cover sent to the UK unsealed and franked with a pair of the two cent green dry printing. This last cover is interesting because it's unsealed and it wasn't required to be franked with four cents postage - it could have been sent at the printed matter rate. The postcards are just very good to fine, as they have some creases at the corners. The cover is very fine. Our estimate of the value is $3.
