8 VF Canada Post official FDC's for the 1986 commemorative issues from the Canadian Personalities issue to the first Expo '86 Issue. The De Gaspe stamps consist of a single & LL plate block on LF paper, with LF envelopes. The Molly Brant stamps consists of LF envelopes and LF & MF singles & LR plate block on MF paper. The Expo '86 stamps consists of DF envelope combo cover; 68c single LF & 34c single DF, A 68c plate block on LF envelope & LF paper , and a 34c on MF envelope with DF paper.

For first day covers we have adjusted the Chung catalogue values where covers display unlisted paper varieties not listed specifically by Chung, by taking the premiums inherent in the Unitrade values of these varieties, and applying them to the Chung prices. As the envelopes are an integral component of an official first day cover released by Canada post, we have described the envelope fluorescence as well, and would note that we have seen some interesting variations in otherwise identical appearing envelopes.
