The 4c overweight rate to the USA has been paid by pairs of the 1/2c Maple Leaf and 1/2c Numeral, plus a damaged single of the 2c deep green. The stamps are tied by a Winnipeg machine duplex cancel and Winnipeg rollwe cancel. There is a vertical file fold on the left side of the envelope, well away from the stamps. Net Est. $10-$15.
